What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is an alternate method of purchasing from us, other than Online (By Credit/Debit card and Net banking). In the COD payment terms or COD service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery in indian cities are 2-4 days approx. It may differ from one item to another. Outside of india it may take 1-2 week depending upon the country.

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:

If you received the Step Up Product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee above.
